Having your rental be canceled is a pretty bad experience, and having it be canceled because a partner thinks you’re not trustworthy is an especially bad experience. For this reason, we don’t allow partners to cancel rentals except for very rare extenuating circumstances situations.
If you do need to cancel the rental due to an extenuating circumstance, reach out to our support team and we’ll discuss your options.
