When your listing is created and activated, it’ll show up as rentable on our Omni marketplace and be sorted depending on the category you assigned the listing at its’ creation.
Omni users browse our current rentable items comparing quality, price, and location, before making a decision. When they decide that your listing is the perfect one for their weekend getaway or event, they’ll book a rental and an order will appear on your store dashboard.
At checkout, your renter will receive the exact address and hours to your store, so they’ll know when and where to get their rental. Check out this article for more details: How do renters find my store?
Your renter then just comes to your store to pick up their order and returns it at the end of their rental period. When you check your listing back in via the Omni store dashboard, you’ll get the opportunity to assess the condition of your rental and report any details about the experience that you think are relevant.
