We need to be mindful of the condition of each item coming into our facilities and our partners' facilities, ensuring the protection of items for future renters.
To deliver on our promise of keeping everyone's rental safe and clean, rentals that are affected by certain odors, residues, and particulate matter (like the dust that comes back from Burning Man every year) will incur a cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are determined by individual stores, plus cleaning supplies, parts, and labor.
If the odors, residues, and particulates significantly impact the integrity of the item by damaging or making it unusable, Omni will start the claims process. For more information see What happens if I damage or lose rental items?
