If you need to cancel your rental for any reason, you can do so up until the store operation hours end on the date of your pickup without any penalty.
Once you've missed your pickup date your order is marked as a No Show. All orders are pulled from our marketplace, prepped for your arrival, and otherwise are unable to be rented since they are reserved to be in your care.
Due to this, Omni charges all No Show orders for one reservation day. For orders that are multiple days long, our Customer Success team will refund you the remaining amount paid for the order.
Depending on how quickly your bank processes payments, you should see these funds reflected in your account in 3 - 10 business days.
