If a renter books a rental and they don't show up by the end of your operating hours on the expected pick up date, Omni deems them a "no-show" for their rental period.
All no-show appointments forfeit one day of rental price prior. Since you pulled, prepped, and were prepared to service the appointment, you'll be paid out these funds to your store account.
If a renter does miss their rental period and is a no-show for their pickup, we ask that you reach out to our Customer Success team. We'll cancel the order, make sure you are paid the appropriate fees, and reactivate the listing on our marketplace immediately. This way, your listing will be available for rent right away.
