Why isn't my order eligible for delivery?

There are a few possible reasons why a rental order may not be eligible for delivery: 

  • Omni currently only offers delivery within San Francisco and Portland. These delivery areas are determined by the service boundaries of our partners at Postmates. You can click here to check if you're located within the Postmates service area. 
  • As a general rule of thumb, our delivery partners at Postmates can deliver most items that would easily fit inside the average sedan. As a result, certain oversized items will not be eligible for delivery. Please don't hesitate to reach out via chat or email hello@omni.co if you have questions about an item's eligibility.
  • All items in your cart must be eligible for delivery. If your cart has mixed items that are both eligible and NOT eligible, there won't be an option to schedule a delivery when you proceed to check out. As a reminder, any rental item that is eligible for delivery will mention "Delivery & Collection" in the listing details.
